戴上 Apple Watch，开会、上课、聊天都能自动记下来。iPhone 在本机把录音转成文字，每天自动生成总结和待办；问 AI 就能找回当时说过的话，每条回答都附原话，可以点开重听。
一块 Apple Watch（watchOS 26 及以上）和配对的 iPhone（iOS 26 及以上）。录音在手表上进行，转写和查看在 iPhone 上。
在手表上打开腕上纪要，轻点中间的按钮。也可以把腕上纪要放到表盘上，或在控制中心添加「腕上纪要录音」按钮；Apple Watch Ultra 可以把操作按钮设为腕上纪要。
来电、Siri、其他 App 占用麦克风时，手表会震动并通知「录音已暂停」，轻点通知即可恢复。打断前的内容都已保存，时间线上会如实标出没录到的时段。
录音只保存在你的手表、iPhone 和你自己的 iCloud 中，不会上传到我们的服务器。只有在你生成每日总结、会议纪要或向 AI 提问时，相关的文字才会发送给 AI 处理，「我的 → 上传记录」里可以看到每一次发送。详见隐私政策。
腕上纪要会录下手表附近的声音。请在录音前告知对方并征得同意，遵守当地法律。手表上可以一键显示「我正在记录这次谈话」。腕上纪要不会识别他人身份，也不会保存他人的声音特征。
免费版可以一直录音、同步、本机转写、回听和关键词搜索。AI 总结、问 AI、会议纪要和记忆需要订阅，新用户有 7 天免费试用。停止订阅后，已录的内容不会被锁定或删除。
管理或取消订阅：iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅 → 腕上纪要」。订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续费，除非提前取消。
「我的 → 隐私与数据」：可以导出全部录音和文字（ZIP），删除任意一小时或全部数据。「我的 → 账户 → 注销账户」会删除服务器上与你账户有关的全部数据，并撤销「通过 Apple 登录」的授权。

Wrist Minutes turns your Apple Watch into an all-day recorder. Your iPhone transcribes on device, creates a daily summary with to-dos, and lets you ask AI what was said — every answer links to the exact words.
An Apple Watch (watchOS 26 or later) paired with an iPhone (iOS 26 or later).
When a call, Siri or another app takes the microphone, your watch taps you and shows "Recording paused". Tap the notification to resume. Everything recorded before the interruption is saved, and the timeline marks the gap.
Recordings sync from your watch when it is near your iPhone with Wrist Minutes open, and stay on the watch until they do. Transcription runs on your iPhone and pauses when it is hot, in Low Power Mode or below 20% battery.
Audio stays on your watch, iPhone and your own iCloud and is never uploaded to our servers. Text is sent to AI only when you create a summary or minutes or ask a question, and every upload is listed in Me → Upload History. See the Privacy Policy.
Always tell people you are recording and get their consent, and follow local laws. You can show "I'm recording this conversation" on your watch with one tap.
Recording, syncing, on-device transcription, playback and keyword search are free. AI summaries, Ask AI, minutes and memory need a subscription (7-day free trial). If you stop paying, nothing you recorded is locked or deleted. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Me → Privacy & Data lets you export everything (ZIP) or delete any hour or all data. Me → Account → Delete Account removes all server data tied to your account and revokes Sign in with Apple.
