腕上纪要隐私政策

腕上纪要（以下简称「本 App」）由河南震天雷文化传媒有限公司（以下简称「我们」）运营。本政策说明本 App 会处理哪些信息、存在哪里、发给谁，以及你可以怎样控制它们。

一句话概括

录音和健康数据只留在你的设备（和你自己的 iCloud）上，不上传到我们的服务器。只有当你使用 AI 功能时，相关的文字才会发给 AI 处理，处理完不保存，每一次发送你都能在 App 里查到。

一、留在你设备上的信息

本 App 不收集位置、通讯录、照片、设备广告标识符，不接入广告或第三方统计 SDK，不做跨 App 追踪。

二、发给 AI 处理的文字

只有在你使用以下功能时，相关时间范围内的转写文字（以及发言时间、「我 / 他人」标记）才会经我们的服务器转发给大模型处理：生成每日总结、生成会议纪要、问 AI、整理记忆（每日总结生成后进行，可在「我的 → 记忆」中关闭）。问 AI 时还会附上你的记忆条目，供 AI 参考。

不会发送：录音、声音特征、健康数据；被识别为电视 / 视频等媒体声音的内容；你标为「仅本地」的时段。
不保存：我们的服务器只在处理请求的内存中使用这些文字，返回结果后即释放，不写入数据库或日志。日志只记录请求时间、接口、耗时、状态码和经过单向哈希处理的账户标识。
第三方模型：文字会发送给我们委托的大模型服务提供方生成结果（目前使用 Kimi 模型，由北京月之暗面科技有限公司提供，可能经由 API 接入服务商转发）。我们只发送完成该次请求所需的文字。服务提供方变更时我们会更新本政策。
内容安全：为遵守法律法规，发送前后的文字可能经过内容安全检查。

三、账户与订阅

使用 AI 功能需要通过「通过 Apple 登录」登录（录音、转写、回听和搜索不需要登录）。我们的服务器保存：

Apple 提供的匿名用户标识（我们不获取你的姓名和邮箱）；
登录会话凭证的哈希值（会话有效期 180 天）；
Apple 授权凭证，仅用于你注销账户时向 Apple 撤销授权；
订阅记录：App Store 交易编号、订阅类型、到期时间，用于确认你的订阅状态；
AI 功能的使用次数（按月计数，不含内容），用于计算额度。

付款由 Apple 处理，我们收不到你的银行卡或支付信息。

四、你的控制权

查看：「我的 → 上传记录」查看每一次发给 AI 的记录；「我的 → 记忆」查看 AI 记下的每一条信息。
更正与删除：可以修改转写文字、修改或删除任意记忆、删除任意一小时或全部录音和文字。删除录音时，由它生成的会议纪要和记忆一并删除。
导出：「我的 → 隐私与数据 → 导出全部」导出全部录音、文字和记忆。
关闭：可以随时关闭记忆、健康数据叠加；可以把任意时段设为「仅本地」，不发给 AI。
注销账户：「我的 → 账户 → 注销账户」会删除我们服务器上与你账户有关的全部数据，并向 Apple 撤销「通过 Apple 登录」授权。我们仅保留一条不含身份信息的注销记录（时间和不可逆的哈希标识），用于证明已按要求删除。设备上的数据由你选择是否一并删除。

如需行使访问、更正、删除、撤回同意等权利，也可以发邮件给我们，我们会在 15 个工作日内处理。

五、录音他人的提醒

本 App 会录下手表附近的声音，可能包含他人的话。请在录音前告知对方并征得同意，并遵守你所在地的法律。我们不会识别他人身份，不保存他人的声音特征。

六、未成年人

本 App 面向成年人。不满 14 周岁的未成年人请勿使用；如果你是监护人并发现未成年人使用了本 App，请联系我们删除相关信息。

七、信息安全与存储地点

App 与服务器之间的通信全程加密传输。我们的服务器位于中华人民共和国境内。设备上的数据受 iOS / watchOS 的数据保护机制保护；iCloud 中的数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策保管。

八、政策更新

本政策更新时，我们会在本页面发布新版本并更新生效日期；重大变化会在 App 内提示。

Wrist Minutes Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026

Wrist Minutes ("the app") is operated by Henan Zhentianlei Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("we"). This policy explains what the app handles, where it is kept, who it is sent to, and how you control it.

In short

Audio and health data stay on your devices (and your own iCloud) and are never uploaded to our servers. Only when you use AI features is the related text sent to AI for processing. It is not stored afterwards, and every upload is listed in the app.

Data that stays on your devices

Audio recorded on Apple Watch, deleted from the watch after it syncs to your iPhone; kept on your iPhone and, if iCloud backup is on, in your own iCloud.
Transcripts created on your iPhone by on-device speech recognition.
Your voice profile (optional), used only to tell which words are yours. Never leaves your iPhone.
Summaries, minutes and memories generated by AI.
Heart rate, steps and sleep (optional, with your permission), read and shown on device only, never sent to AI or to us, and never used for health assessments.
Upload History: time, purpose, scope and character count of each AI request (no text).

We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, use no ad or third-party analytics SDKs, and do not track you across apps.

Text sent to AI

Only when you create a daily summary or meeting minutes, ask AI, or let the app update memories (after a daily summary; can be turned off in Me → Memory) is the relevant transcript text (with timestamps and "me / others" labels) sent through our server to a large language model. When you ask AI, your memories are included as context.

Never sent: audio, voice profile, health data, sound detected as TV / video, or any hour you marked as on-device only.
Not stored: our server uses the text in memory only for that request and discards it after replying. Logs contain only time, endpoint, duration, status and a one-way hashed account tag.
Model provider: the text is sent to the model provider we use to generate the result (currently the Kimi model by Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd., possibly through an API access provider). Only the text needed for that request is sent. We will update this policy if the provider changes.
Content safety: text may be checked for content safety as required by law.

Account and subscription

AI features require Sign in with Apple (recording, transcription, playback and search do not). Our server keeps: the anonymous user identifier from Apple (we do not receive your name or email); a hash of your session token (valid 180 days); the Apple authorization token, used only to revoke Sign in with Apple when you delete your account; subscription records (App Store transaction ID, plan, expiry); and monthly AI usage counts (no content). Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Your choices

See every AI upload in Me → Upload History and every memory in Me → Memory.
Edit transcripts; edit or delete any memory; delete any hour or all recordings and text. Deleting recordings also deletes minutes and memories derived from them.
Export all recordings, text and memories from Me → Privacy & Data.
Turn off memory or health overlay at any time, and mark any hour as on-device only.
Delete Account removes all server data tied to your account and revokes Sign in with Apple. We keep only an anonymous deletion record (time and an irreversible hash) as proof of deletion.

You can also email us to access, correct or delete your information; we respond within 15 business days.

Recording others

The app records sound near your watch, which may include other people. Always tell them and get their consent, and follow local laws. We never identify other people or store their voice profiles.

Children

The app is intended for adults and not for children under 14.

Security and location

Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted. Our server is located in the People's Republic of China. Data on your devices is protected by iOS / watchOS data protection; data in iCloud is kept by Apple under its privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We will post updates on this page and update the effective date; significant changes will be shown in the app.
